We specialise in golf accessories and apparel designed to enhance your game and elevate your style both on and off the course.

2. Products & Availability

We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors may occur or products may sell out.
If an item you’ve ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to offer a refund or suitable alternative.

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered, so VAT is not charged on any purchases.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our website at dialedinstore.co.uk.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details — all transactions are encrypted and handled securely by Stripe.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@dialedinstore.co.uk.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Delivery is free across the UK, though additional charges may apply for remote or long-distance areas, such as parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands.

Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days from dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage cost.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return postage cost will be your responsibility.

To start a return, please email hello@dialedinstore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

6. Promotions & Affiliate Programme

From time to time, Dialed In Store may offer discount codes, promotions, or an affiliate scheme.
Each promotion will include specific terms, including eligibility, duration, and usage limits.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another unless otherwise stated.
